What warranty applies to the battery?
Warranty depends on the selected brand and model and is confirmed with the quotation. A complete matched battery bank is normally recommended — mixing old and new batteries, or different makes, reduces performance and may affect warranty eligibility.
Can you match a battery from a photograph?
A clear nameplate photograph is usually enough to begin. For final confirmation we may also ask for the machine model, battery dimensions or terminal arrangement.
Do you offer old-battery exchange?
No — and that works in your favour. We supply pan-India, and return freight would consume most of an old battery’s value. Scrapping it locally puts the full scrap value directly in your hands.
How quickly can you support an urgent requirement?
